Zacks Earnings Consistent Portfolio ETF

Investment Objective

The Zacks Earnings Consistent Portfolio ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide long-term total returns and minimize capital loss.

The Fund pursues its investment objective by constructing a portfolio of companies that exhibit a track record of moving through recessionary periods with little to minimal impact on aggregate earnings growth relative to the overall equity market. The Fund’s portfolio is composed of 50-120 U.S. exchange-listed companies with the highest stability in their historic and forecasted earnings per share (“EPS”). The quantitative screens are combined with the qualitative judgment of the portfolio manager based on an analysis of financial statement filing consistency, profitability, earnings stability in recessionary periods, valuation, and improving fundamentals.

The exchange-traded fund's median bid-ask spread is rounded to the nearest hundredth and computed by (1) identifying the exchange-traded fund's national best bid and national best offer as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days, (2) dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the national best bid and national best offer, and (3) identifying the median of those values.

Performance data shown represents past performance and is no guarantee of, and not necessarily indicative of future results. Total return and value will vary and you may have a gain or loss when shares are sold. Current performance may be lower or higher than quoted. Returns include changes in share price and reinvestment of dividends and capital gains, if any.

After-tax returns are calculated based on NAV using the highest individual federal income tax rate and does not reflect the impact of state and local taxes. Actual after-tax returns will depend on an investor's tax situation and may be different from those shown. After-tax would not be relevant to shares owned through a tax-deferred account such as an IRA or 401(k) plan. The return After Taxes on Distributions and Sales of Fund Shares may exceed the Return Before Taxes due to an assumed tax benefit from the pass-through of foreign tax credits and/or from losses on a sale of Fund shares at the end of the measurement period. Market returns are based upon the midpoint of the bid/ask spread at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time, when the NAV is normally calculated for ETFs. Your returns may differ if you traded shares at other times.

Investing involves risk. Principal loss is possible. As an ETF, the funds may trade at a premium or discount to NAV. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Transactions in shares of ETFs will result in brokerage commissions, which will reduce returns. The Fund is subject to management risk because it is an actively managed portfolio. The Advisor's judgments about the attractiveness, value, and stability of particular stocks in which the Fund invests may prove to be incorrect, and there is no guarantee that the Advisor's judgment will produce the desired results. Equity securities are subject to changes in value, and their values may be more volatile than those of other asset classes. Stocks of large companies as a group can fall out of favor with the market, causing the Fund to underperform investments that have a greater focus on mid-cap or small-cap stocks. Larger, more established companies may be slow to respond to challenges and may grow more slowly than smaller companies. Investments selected using quantitative methods may perform differently from the market as a whole.

The fund is new with a limited operating history.

EPS is defined as 12 Month actual Earnings per Share.

Foreside Financial Services, LLC (the "Distributor"), Three Canal Plaza, Suite 100, Portland, ME 04101, is the distributor for the Fund.
